T&C’S
1. We must not already be working with the person you refer. 2. The £500 will be paid to you once the candidate passes probation in their permanent role - if they do not pass probation, no referral fee will be paid. 3. You can't refer yourself. 4.If mutiple people refer the same person then only the first person to refer them will receive the fee. 5. A referral is counted when the referred person mentions the referrer in their first contact with us, or when we are e-introduced via email, LinkedIn message or Whatsapp. 6. The fee is only paid the first time that we place the referred person, and not if we place them again subsequently. 7. There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. 8. The fee only applies when the candidate is placed in a permanent position - contract, interim or freelance positions are excluded from this offer. 9. Our decision is final and we may withdraw the offer at any time.
