Our Focus 

We fill roles across the communications industry, including (but not limited to) consumer PR, corporate communications, marketing, creatives, brand experience, content, digital and social.

We’re fortunate to work with a selection of brilliant agencies with great cultures doing exciting work and in-house companies ranging from start-ups to household name FTSE100s.

 Approach

We understand that our clients are busy and use us to save valuable time so we usually only send around 3-4 of our best CVs for the role. We don’t use job boards so all our searches are highly targeted to yield the best results.

We pride ourselves on being well-informed consultants who provide honest, non-biased, down to earth advice to both our candidates and our clients. We don't push people into roles, we won't use annoying corporate jargon and we're always upfront.  

Confidentiality

We understand that in the creative industries everyone knows everyone, that's why confidentiality is so important. Your CV will only be sent somewhere if we have your explicit permission and we only work with clients we know well and trust. Most of our clients have worked with us for years.

Our Planet

Since we launched in 2016 we’ve been committed to helping the environment. Having seen first-hand how much paper can be wasted in an office environment, we decided to become a fully paperless office - we cut down on the amount of paperwork we use and all of our necessary terms, forms and paperwork are completed and signed digitally. It’s easier, quicker and better for the environment.
